High Five at Wallingford

Today's tournament was played in leagues. Ladygrove played fantastically beating four teams and drawing with one and therefore coming top in our league. That meant we faced Valley Road – twice previous winners of the competition, and South Moreton, who we had recently faced at the Garrick League final. Both games were incredibly fast, and looked very professional. Sadly we lost both games – but only by one goal. We therefore came third overall – out of 18 teams – a good result. Thank you to Joel, Ben, Dan B, Dan C, Georgia, Gemma, Jordan and Holly for once again being a pleasure to be with, for their great play, sporting good humour throughout and for once again supporting each other through all the matches. You were FANTASTIC.
