Gobble Gobble!
The Foundation Stage and Year 6 children's Christmas lunch today was deliciously delightful! The Y6 children went to pick up the FS children and brought them into the hall in hushed silence as there was a very special visitor (Santa himself!) asleep on the stage. The children then woke Santa up with a rousing rendition of 'Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer'. Lots of Christmas dinners were polished off, christmas crackers pulled, party hats worn, jokes told and songs sung. The children were beautifully behaved, so caring towards each other, and a jolly time was had by all! A big thank you to all our staff and governors that helped out and to Gill and Janice, the ladies in the kitchen, who have to do it all again tomorrow (for Years 1 and 5)... and the next day (for Years 2, 3 and 4)!
