Gong Xi Fa Cai!

The children had earned enough leaves this term to fill up the reward trees in the hall for being: safe, healthy and happy, well-behaved and caring as well as hard-working.  They were rewarded with whole school “Golden Time” this morning. The School Council listened to all their peers' opinions and decided on a morning of extra art work on the theme of Chinese New Year. All the children had a fun, fantastic time trying lots of different art activities that their Teachers and TAs had prepared for them e.g. chinese lanterns, chinese fans, chinese dragons, lucky door banners, pictures of tigers, pandas and fireworks, watercolours of chinese scenery, chinese tea cups and models of chinese teahouses!
