Eurovision Song Contest - Ladygrove Park Style

Once again a busy week in Year 6 where the children have been preparing for our own version of the Eurovision Song Contest. As well as having fun, the aim was for the groups to rewrite the lyrics for some already existing cheesy songs and to incorporate their knowledge they have gained this term about Europe.
The outcome was quite outstanding and other year groups enjoyed watching the show. The winners were unanimously voted for by the audience and were Iced Out (Connor, Daniel, Harry T and Joshua H -unfortunately Lewis was poorly, but helped to choreograph the winning piece) with their rendition of 'It's Raining Men.'

We are already looking forward to our version of Strictly Come Dancing in a couple of weeks.
