Stunning SATs

In line with tradition, year 6 children were given their SATs results today in a sealed envelope - which they then delighted in opening. Once again, the results were excellent: 91% of the children scored Level 4 or better (the expected level) in English and maths. This compares with the national average (2010) of 73%. For us it is the second best score ever! Congratulations to the children for their hard work. Well done to all the staff who have worked with those children over the past 6 or 7 years. And thank you to the parents’ whose support for the children is always so important in their success.
