Millets Farm invited schools to collect a
wheelbarrow from their store as they wanted children to create a ‘garden’ in
the wheelbarrow. Diarmuid Gavin, garden
designer and television personality, will be judging the ‘best dressed’
wheelbarrows and there are 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes up for
grabs! All the wheelbarrows will be displayed outside the entrance to the
garden centre next week. Elly Webber (TA in Year 2) has been
working with a group of children in Year 2 and here is what they have
created!
Judging is on Sunday at 1.25pm.
