On Thursday, a team of year 5 and year 6 children took part in the Sportshall Athletics event against a number of other Didcot Schools in DGS Sports' Hall. After a whole series of activities including running and jumping and throwing, the Ladygrove team came FIRST! They now go through to the regional finals. Well done to Mrs Carter, their coach, who was thrilled.
Thursday's success was followed by the football team thrashing Northbourne School 2-7 in the 7 a side competition on Friday. The victory puts our team top of our half of the league with 2 matches to play.
