Our High Fivers made a brilliant start in the Garrick League with a fantastic 8-1 win against Willowcroft School on Thursday.
It was a cold and wet afternoon but we got off to a flying start and were up 5-0 at the first quarter break with some lovely shooting skills being displayed. Great defending all round allowed Willowcroft to score only 1 goal – although they were a bit unlucky on a couple of shots!
There were some slips and slides on court but luckily no injuries and we held the lead to the end.
Well done to Callum, Charlotte, Daisy, Laura, Megan and Oliver who all represented the school so well in both the game and by showing great sportsmanship to Willowcroft as well.
