Year 5 Space Talks!

Dr Chris Pearson from RAL Space, visited the children in year 5 to teach them about our solar system and beyond! The children had an amazing time learning facts about the solar system, looking at images of the planets taken by specialist telescopes, creating a representation of the solar system, taking part in a space quiz and discussing and creating exoplanets. Dr Pearson answered lots of the children's questions and has really inspired them to become astronomers and astronauts! A big thank you to Dr Pearson, the children had an amazing time!
