I was lucky enough to visit some schools in Buckinghamshire last week with some headteachers from London. One of the schools impressed me by the smartness of the learning environment - from fantastic displays of children's work to tidy cloakrooms!
We are working hard to improve that aspect of the school - you may have noticed when you have been into school. Keep a lookout when you come to the parent evenings next week. One of my favourite displays is of photos chosen by the children of their favourite places or activities in school. I particularly like this one of class 4 in the courtyard.
