High 5 vs Willowcroft
The A team met Willowcroft in a fast, exciting match. The match started well for Ladygrove with seven goals in the first quarter, from the dynamic goal-scoring duo of Joel and Katie. The second quarter saw Joel sprawling across the court as he'd be knocked down by a girl! More goals for Ladygrove – an amazing six altogether in the final quarter left Ladygrove with a winning scoreline of 15 – 0. Particular mention must go to Katie for scoring nearly half of the goals. Seth and Joe read the game well, and seemed to always be in the right place at the right time. Beattie's performance was excellent – super defence work and a goal in the net too. Special mention for Holly, who stepped in at the last minute.
