Shine Week - Day 1 - African Drumming!
This week is Shine Week! Each day we have arranged a workshop for the children. And things started with a bang with an African drumming workshop. Ed from the Education Group came with his 30 Djemba drums and did a great job getting all the classes to drum out rhythms. After some warm up exercises they made up drumming patterns using the names of African animals. It sounded brilliant!
