Of course they did! Although the team won the game, Northbourne put on a very tenacious team, who marked our players very well. In the first quarter, Jack S matched the one goal scored by our opponents. Harry scored two, which Emily matched in the second quarter. Rosie and Jack O managed three between them, and took a firm hold of the playing space. Finally, Jack S and Hannah scored one each. The score 11-2 to us means that we should finish top of the league table. Thanks again to parents, who always double as taxi-drivers and photographers on these occasions – much appreciated.
