High 5 Celebration

On Wednesday the 30^th May the LPPS high 5 team played at Wallingford school. The amazing team consisted of: Kate, Lucy, Jon, Tom, Lucy, Georgia and Benji.

It was a very hot afternoon but all the team played fantasically.

Below is a list of the games we played and the results:

Sacred heart                1-0 to us           Georgia scored.

Chalgrove                     2-0 to us          Tom scored both.

Whitchurch                 4-1 to us           Jon scored one and Kate scored 3.

Trinity                         3-1 to them      Lucy G scored the only goal.

 Benson                         2-0 to us          Benji scored one and Georgia scored one.

Kidmore end                 8-0 to us          Lucy C scored 5 and Lucy G scored 3.

Valley Road                  2-1 to us           Lucy G scored both of them.

Overall we came second. We got the same points as the winning team but it had to go to goal difference and they scored one more goal than us! Despite coming second we still get to represent South Oxfordshire at the School Games on the 5^th July.

Congratulations to all members of the team who were a great credit to themselves and the school.
