News from a very happy Basketball coach:
"Well where do I start!
The school basketball team played in the
play-offs this afternoon. Our first match was against Chiltern who have
previously been very strong opponents, we won the match 4-2 . All the players
played exceptionally well and won themselves a place in the final. We were up
against the very strong Northbourne school who have a few experienced yr 5 and
6 club players. We gave a good battle but lost 12-2. Even though we lost in the
final all of the children were awarded silver medals and they should all be
proud of playing in and representing their school in the first ever Didcot
Primary Schools Competition."
