In celebration of Roald Dahl Day we were very lucky to have a Roald Dahl's daughter Lucy speak to us in assembly last Thursday. She woke up very, very early in the morning so that she could skype us all the way from Los Angeles in the USA to help us learn a bit more about what Roald Dahl was like and what gave him the inspiration for some of our favourite books! A few children from Year's 2-6 were able to ask Lucy some questions on behalf of the school...

A big thank you to Lucy from everyone. It was fantastic to hear about what your dad was like and where he got his inspiration from.
