Day 3 at Kilvrough

Day 3 was another brilliant day with the children completing a range of activities including canoeing at sea, caving at Porth yr Ogof in the Brecon Beacons and coastal exploration around the shores of th Gower in glorious sunshine. The staff and children were all very proud of the way that everyone supported each other to overcome their personal challenges.

At dinner time we were treated to yet another delicious feast with some children even surprising themselves by how much they enjoyed the food that they had previously said they did not like. 

In the evening we took part in a number of problem solving activities at the centre before sharing some cake to celebrate James, Aimee and Miss Hills' birthdays which have all taken place this week. 

Day 3 was great...we're looking forward to day 4!
