Hill End 2010 – Class 10

Day 1 of class 10's visit to Hill End ended up being a rather grubby occasion. But the smiles on the children's faces suggest that it was a successful and enjoyable day.  Once the coach had dropped the class off at Hill End, the children unpacked cases in the dormitories and then set off to explore the site. The teachers led the children up and down the hills, through gates and woods and then through a boggy swamp – whoops!  Boots got stuck in the mud; hands, legs and coats got filthy! Oh dear. But it was entertaining watching it all and great to see the children helping each other. We plan for day 2 to be cleaner!
